We are looking for a Lead Project Manager, to work Onsite at the clients office, who will create multiple projects for our client from end-to-end delivery perspective from a Critical Regulatory Programme (CPF). The PM will take full accountability for driving the successful delivery of the CPF Programme that affects all aspects of the customer. This role requires an established PM who is accustomed to IT/Business Project Delivery, including fully versed in the SDLC. Delivery will be managed through the project lifecycle and the PM will be managing the Business Analysts and IT PMs to ensure Business objectives are met and the delivery adheres to OTOB targets, as well as ensuring that each program deliverable moves smoothly through stage gate process. The individual should be comfortable with dealing with all levels of stakeholders - from the development team to Snr. Exec to ensure that business capabilities are delivered. Experience with regulatory system changes and exposure to agile delivery is also advantageous.


Responsibilities:


  1. PM/Business Lead will be responsible for implementation, coordination, and consistency of the business management deliverables on the project for the Division, including effective implementation of the project management system which will be combined between Waterfall & Kanban.
  2. Work with Service Excellent Unit to ensure requirements are defined clearly and in detail, allowing for solutioning, development and release activities via timely sign off BRD’s, as well as managing time constrained stakeholders to refine requirements and finalizing is completed to within planned dates.
  3. Experience customer facing regulatory changes to website, product onboarding process, key facts document/statement, terms and conditions, changes relating to fees, statement changes, document/website bilingual changes, loans, deposits, accessibility, customer communications. Additionally, managing channel specific changes for website, ATM, IVR, ITM, Digital Banking and other channels would be an advantage.
  4. Familiar with implementing IT platform changes, enabling Front-end development and customer impacting functionality. Dealing with infrastructure, development, testing, InfoSec and release Teams to coordinate IT delivery.
  5. Drive Planning activities with project team, wider IT business stakeholders to ensure that backlog items are prioritized into logical phases for delivery.
  6. Risk anticipation of project deliverables and proactive management of RAIDs including mitigation plans for identified RAIDs. 
  7. Regular reporting at a workstream and Programme level PMO and senior stakeholders, inc. highlighting progress, blockers and support required.
  8. Financial management and tracking of workstream budgets to ensure that the project(s) do not exceed allocated budgets through regular review and monitoring of the finances with the PM, Business and Finance Team.
  9. Daily stand-ups, retro and project meetings, inc. vendor meetings. Representation of weekly governance meetings, Steer Co.s and IT release meetings.
  10. Supporting align business strategy for delivery initiatives; this will require defining projection ideation, Product- paper preparation and facilitating approvals.
  11.  Provide project monitoring information and metrics to ensure alignment with plans, objectives, and strategies. 
  12. Escalating irregularities/incidents that may lead to risk or financial loss – inc. managing any delays in deliverables, sign offs, and approvals; both internal and external.
  13. Researching and sourcing vendors, requesting, and evaluating quotes, assessing capabilities, and ensuring due diligence of vendor proposals inc. Contract/SoW/SLAs.
  14. Team coaching and mentoring from a delivery, agile and people perspective. Ability to provide direct and timely feedback on performance of team/individuals in case performance does not meet expectations.

Education & Experience:


  1. University degree or equivalent 
  2. PMP or equivalent, Digital certifications, Fintech knowledge 
  3. 8-10 years’ experience in a PM/Program Manager role (Banking or Fintech advantageous)


Job Description
I’m looking for a good designer as partner to work together on projects, that wants to expand his knowledge into the UX/UI and product area to collaborate on medium size projects. We will start with 20 hours per week and we might extend to full time after 2-3 months. First project is on financial instruments with blockchain as backend technology.
